Shipping and Returns

All prices listed on the website are in Australian dollars ($AU) and are GST inclusive.

Shipping Policy

Delivery to metropolitan areas will usually take two-three business days from the point of dispatch.  For some areas it may take up to six business days.  Rural areas can take more than two weeks or longer.

We will use reasonable endeavours to dispatch orders within four working days from the date the order was submitted (Monday – Friday, excluding official public holidays).

 

  • A Sendle tracking number will be provided in the notification email once the order is accepted.

  • Sendle is utilised for all deliveries.

  • Delivery is limited to addresses within Australia. 

Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us, if you are not satisfied with your purchase we are here to help.

Orders may be returned within 15 days of the date of delivery for refund.

In the event of a damaged or faulty product, please provide the customer order number and customer name on the order and send this information to support@tavernerproducts.com.au. We will arrange a pre-paid postage label for return of the product(s). Once we receive and review the product(s), we will notify you to opt for product exchange or a refund for the purchase cost. Refunds will be issued to the credit/debit card used to pay for the order. For replacement products, shipping costs for returns will be deducted from the refund.
